INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MONG-FY25-0005-SL: Crane and Hoist Inspection Diagnostics, Repair, and Parts Services

Background
The Missouri National Guard (MONG) is seeking competitive sealed bids for statewide crane and hoist inspection, diagnostics, repair, and parts services. This initiative is crucial for maintaining the safety and operational readiness of crane and hoist equipment across various MONG locations in Missouri. The contract aims to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, specifically 2 CFR Part 1910.179, which mandates annual inspections of all crane and hoist units owned by MONG.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive inspection, diagnostics, repair, and parts services for various models and tonnages of crane and hoist equipment at multiple MONG locations. Specific requirements include:

1. Conducting annual inspections in accordance with OSHA regulations for approximately fifty-three (53) crane/hoist units distributed among twelve (12) locations.

2. Providing maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and parts for all equipment listed on the Pricing Page.

3. Utilizing qualified personnel or subcontractors to perform diagnostics as needed.

4. Responding to maintenance requests within forty-eight (48) hours and conducting repairs either on-site or at the contractor's facility within five (5) working days of request.

5. Delivering parts F.O.B. Destination with all orders coordinated with MONG.

6. Maintaining detailed records of inspections and repairs including dates, locations, findings, and recommendations for further action.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue for one year.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple Missouri National Guard locations throughout the State of Missouri.
