INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MDC-FY25-0010-SL: Printing of A Guide to Edible and Poisonous Mushrooms

Background
The Missouri Department of Conservation is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) MDC-FY25-0010-SL to procure the printing of a publication titled 'A Guide to Edible and Poisonous Mushrooms.'
The Department's mission is to protect and manage the state's fish, forest, and wildlife resources while facilitating public participation in resource management activities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 25,000 copies of a 48-page publication titled 'A Guide to Edible and Poisonous Mushrooms.'
The specifications for the printing include:
- Size: 11 inches by 8 inches, folded to 5.5 inches by 8 inches
- Binding: Saddle stitched along the 8-inch side
- Paper Stock: 80 lb. gloss text
- Ink/Bleeds: Four color process with full bleeds
- Proofs: One set of digital proofs must be provided
- Delivery: Completed job must be delivered within twenty (20) business days of receipt of material from the Department to Dock 4 at the Department of Conservation, Jefferson City, MO.
Packaging must comply with specific requirements including weight limits and labeling instructions. Overruns are accepted up to 5% with payment adjustments based on overrun percentages.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within twenty (20) business days after receipt of materials from the Department.

Place of Performance
The printing services will be performed at the contractor's facility located within the continental United States, with delivery required at Dock 4, Missouri Department of Conservation, 230 Commerce Drive, Suite 301, Jefferson City, MO 65109.
