Invitation For Bid (IFB) Dhss-Fy25-0036-Sl: Filter Service & System Certification

Background
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for filter service and system certification. The purpose of the contract is to certify HEPA filter banks annually, decontaminate and replace pre-filters and HEPA filters as needed, and maintain a contract for full room decontamination in compliance with select agent regulations.

The Missouri State Public Health Laboratory operates as a Bio-Safety Level 3 (BSL 3) lab, providing diagnostic and analytical services to ensure public health safety.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Annual certification of HEPA filter banks.
2. Decontamination and replacement of pre-filters and HEPA filters as necessary.
3. Full room decontamination services using Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) or equivalent methods.
4. Emergency and non-emergency repair services for state agency equipment.
5. Integrity testing of HEPA filters after replacements or decontamination procedures, with certification stickers indicating compliance details.

Specific products include:
- 24 x 24 x 2 HC pleated pre-filters from P&G Manufacturing Company, Part #6B924, or equivalent.
- 24 x 24 x 11.5 metal framed HEPA filters from Aerostar, Part #41875, or equivalent.
- Bag kits for handling filters from P&G Manufacturing Company, Parts #45-209 and #45-224, or equivalents.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and extend through May 22, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory located at 101 N. Chestnut, Jefferson City, MO.
