Background
St. Louis County is seeking proposals for a Golf Management Company to manage the operations of the Eagle Springs Golf Course, a public golf and banquet facility located at 2575 Redman Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63136. The County aims to promote the health and welfare of its citizens by providing well-maintained golf courses within its jurisdiction.

Work Details
The selected Golf Management Company will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Eagle Springs Golf Course, which includes:
- A 27-hole golf course, one 18-hole golf course, and one 9-hole par 3 course currently used for both golf and foot golf.
- Facilities including a clubhouse with kitchen, concession/snack bar, bathrooms, pro shop, and a banquet hall.
- Maintenance facilities, golf cart storage facility, driving range, practice green, cart paths, natural vegetation, ponds, and all property located on the golf course.
- The operator must maintain an excellent public image for the facility and ensure proper operation and maintenance throughout the contract term.

Period of Performance
The expected duration of the agreement is 10 years with options to extend for two additional 10-year renewals. The estimated start date for operations is March 1, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Proposals must demonstrate experience in managing similar facilities. Proposers are encouraged to maintain compliance with any applicable laws and regulations governing business operations in St. Louis County. There are no specific M/WBE participation goals required; however, certified M/WBEs will be considered during proposal evaluations.
