Description

A Prebid Meeting will be held on Tuesday July 29 at 9:00am at the Shooting Range Building at Prussing Farm, 447 E Division Road , Warrensburg, MO Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be the only time vendors will be able to view the site. ** BIDS ACCEPTED VIA UCM Ebid SYSTEM ONLY ** Any and all communication from bidders regarding specifications, requirements, competitive procurement process, etc., must be directed to the buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section. Communication made with parties outside of Procurement may result in your solicitation response being disqualified; UCM bids are secured by Ionwave until the closing date and time. Bid pricing is available for viewing when the bid is unsealed. To access bid pricing after the bid is unsealed, go to the UCM Ebid system (Ionwave), click Closed Bids, the bid number, Bid Tabulation by Supplier. Note: Pending any award, the bid is reviewed and evaluated for responsiveness and responsibility. No award will be made until the evaluation and review is complete by UCM.
Background
The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is seeking bids for the construction of a metal fence at the Prussing Farm, located in Warrensburg, MO. The project aims to enhance security and delineate property boundaries within the South Division of the farm. This contract is part of UCM's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its facilities for educational and recreational purposes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the construction and installation of approximately 800 linear feet of metal fencing.
