Scope of Work:
The contract work requested involves the construction of the St. Vincent Greenway: Eskridge High School to St. Charles Rock Road (Phase 3), Federal Project Number STP-9901(666), GRG Bid Number 2026-006-187B. This project is located in St. Louis County and the cities of Pagedale and Wellston, Missouri.

The work to be completed includes, but is not limited to:

• Earthwork
• Removals
• Grading
• Paving
• Utility adjustments
• Street reconfiguration
• Traffic control
• Lighting
• Sidewalk installation
• Curbs
• Tree planting
• Landscaping
• Signage
• Site furniture

The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items described, in accordance with the requirements detailed in the attached drawings and specifications.

Requesting Agency:
Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting bids for this project.

Background:
This project is partially funded by federal funding and must comply with all applicable requirements of the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Local Public Agency regulations.

Contract Requirements:
All work must adhere to the specifications and requirements outlined in the attached drawings and documents, as well as all applicable MoDOT Local Public Agency regulations due to the federal funding component.
