Energy Performance Contracting Project

Background
The School District of Springfield R-12 is seeking proposals from National Association of Energy Services Companies (NAESCO) Accredited Energy Service Companies. The goal is to select a full-service firm that can assist with all aspects of project planning, development, design, project implementation, and the long-term guarantee of savings.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive energy performance contracting services which include project planning, development, design, implementation, and ensuring long-term savings guarantees. The firm must demonstrate expertise in energy efficiency projects and provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to achieving the District's energy goals.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the completion of the project phases as outlined in the proposal. Specific timelines will be established during the contract negotiation phase.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the School District of Springfield R-12 facilities located in Springfield, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be accredited by NAESCO and are required to submit a Substitute W-9 form, Felony Conviction Notification Form, Federal Work Authorization Program Affidavit, and a DBE Form as part of their proposal. Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of insurance including general liability, professional liability, and cyber liability coverage.
