Background
The Parkway School District (PSD) is seeking bids to replace its aging server infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to enhance the district's technology capabilities by acquiring new server equipment, disaster recovery solutions, and backup systems to support approximately 17,000 students and 3,000 staff across its various educational facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specific items and services:

- Supply and installation of 4 Dell R670 servers utilizing a Pure Storage //X20R5 for production servers.
- Supply and installation of 2 Dell R670 servers utilizing 2 Pure Storage //X20R5 for backup and disaster recovery servers.
- Implementation of a backup solution using Veeam targeting 2 Pure //C50R5 arrays.
- Provision of VMware volume licensing services and management assistance.

Services should include installation, mounting, configurations of all equipment, testing and verification of all equipment, virtual server migration for up to 30 servers, and training for Parkway staff to complete the migration. Additionally, backup configurations and installation of the Veeam backup server should adhere to best industry practices for up to 100 virtual servers. Training for up to 5 Parkway staff members is also required.

Period of Performance
This is a one-time purchase with no specified duration for ongoing services beyond the initial implementation phase.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the Parkway School District in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified partners with Dell, VMware, Veeam, and Pure Storage. They must also be located within the United States and be willing to travel onsite as required. Vendors are required to provide proof of enrollment in a federal work authorization program (E-Verify) as part of compliance with Missouri Revised Statute 285.530.
