Cemetery Pavilion

Background
The City of Joplin, Missouri is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of a Cemetery Pavilion.
The goal of this contract is to provide a durable and aesthetically pleasing structure that will serve the community's needs in the cemetery area.
This project aligns with the city's mission to enhance public spaces and provide quality facilities for residents.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a 20' x 30' steel hip shelter/pavilion package.
Key specifications include:
- Eave height of 7'6''
- Powder coated tube steel frame in white color
- Roof deck made of 24 gauge exposed fastener Mega-Rib in green color
- All four sides of the pavilion will be open for optimal viewing
- Roof pitch of 4:12
- Inclusion of anchor bolts, hardware, and templates necessary for assembly
- Delivery to the Parks Maintenance Facility at 3010 W. 1st Street, Joplin, MO 64801, with at least 24 hours notice prior to delivery.
- Compliance with city codes regarding snow loads and wind codes.
- Provision of engineered drawings either upon purchase or available at delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to begin upon receipt of the purchase order and must be completed within a timeframe specified by the vendor in their bid response.

Place of Performance
The pavilion will be delivered to the Parks Maintenance Facility located at 3010 W. 1st Street, Joplin, MO 64801.
