Catering Service

Background
Jackson County, Missouri is seeking a Twelve (12) Month Term and Supply Contract with Three (3) Twelve Month Options to Extend for the furnishing of Catering Service for use by the Jackson County Parks + Rec Department at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course.
The contract aims to provide full access to the caterer's entire menu offering, with an estimated annual expenditure of $20,000.00 on catering services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide catering services including various cuisine packages tailored for different group sizes:
- Group A (50 to 100 persons)
- Group B (100 to 150 persons)
- Group C (150 to 200 persons).
Each package will include:
- 4 Entrée Choices
- 2 Vegetable Choices
- 2 Salad Choices
- 2 Bread Choices
- 2 Dessert Choices
- 4 Beverage Choices.
Specific cuisines may include Deli Sandwiches, Traditional meals, Italian dishes, Pizza varieties, Mexican food, Mediterranean options, BBQ items, Oriental dishes, Salads, Breakfast items, and Specialty items as determined by the respondent.
Pricing must cover complete delivery, setup including tables and coverings, cleanup, all paper goods and utensils, condiments, and proof of inspection and licensing. The awarded caterer will drop off food and beverages without attendants or servers.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for twelve months from the date it first takes effect with options for three additional twelve-month extensions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course located in Jackson County, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be located in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area or provide documentation detailing how they would perform the work if not located there. Successful bidders are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance within ten business days after receiving Notification of Award. They must also provide a complete IRS W-9 Form and evidence of current required Federal, State, and Local Occupational Licenses upon request.
