Bulk Motor Oil and Bulk Hydraulic/Transmission Oil

Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Northeast District is seeking to establish a price agreement for the supply and delivery of bulk motor oil and bulk hydraulic/transmission oil. This initiative aims to ensure that various locations within the Northeast District have access to these essential lubricants on an as-needed basis throughout the calendar year 2025.

The contract is part of MoDOT's commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting transportation infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will provide:
1. Bulk Lubricating Oil, 15W-40 (MoDOT Inventory Code: OILS00010) - Quantity: 1 gallon.
2. Bulk Universal Hydraulic/Transmission Oil (MoDOT Inventory Code: OILS00020) - Quantity: 1 gallon.

All products must comply with the specifications outlined in MGS-92-12K, and only virgin products will be accepted; re-refined products are not permitted. Bidders must specify brand names, product names, manufacturers, required qualification numbers, and approvals for each product offered.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on January 1, 2025, and conclude on December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations within the Northeast District of Missouri.
