Audio Visual Supply and Installation - Humphreys Renovation (Federal

Background
The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is issuing this solicitation for the Audio Visual Supply and Installation as part of the Humphreys Renovation project. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive audiovisual systems for various areas within the facility, including eSports and other designated spaces, to enhance communication and learning environments.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and installing a complete audiovisual system, which includes but is not limited to:

1) AV Systems for the Remainder of Building (excluding eSports) - both equipment and installation costs;
2) AV Systems specifically for the eSports area - both equipment and installation costs;
3) Provision of warranties covering labor, materials, overhead, and support for a minimum of one year post-installation, with options for extended warranty coverage for two additional years.

All work must comply with UCM's specifications outlined in attached documents such as 'Humphrey AV General Spec Fed.pdf' and 'E-Sports Audiovisual Systems.pdf'.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed by November 15, 2025. Installation is scheduled from February 9, 2026, to March 21, 2026. Final completion is proposed by March 21, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the University of Central Missouri located at 415 E Clark Street, Warrensburg, MO.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 5%, along with completed forms including Contractor’s Qualifications, List of Subcontractors, MBE/WBE Compliance Evaluation Form (if applicable), Affidavit for Affirmative Action, Affidavit of Work Authorization, and Vendor No Tax Due Certification. Bidders are also required to have registered in the UCM Supplier Management system if awarded a contract.
