Background
The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is issuing this solicitation for the Access Control Supply and Installation as part of the Humphreys Renovation project. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete access control system, including all necessary hardware and installation services. Specific requirements include:
- Supply and installation of access control sets as detailed in the specifications.
- Compliance with UCM Construction Insurance Requirements.
- Provision of a one-year warranty on all products and services, with options for extended warranty coverage for up to two additional years.
- Submission of a project management plan/schedule outlining how the project will be completed on time.
- Adherence to prevailing wage laws if the bid amount exceeds $75,000.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance begins with a Notice to Proceed expected by November 15, 2025, allowing for product ordering. Installation is scheduled from February 9, 2026, to March 15, 2026, with final completion proposed by March 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the University of Central Missouri campus located in Warrensburg, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including:
- Submission of a bid bond in the amount of 5%.
- Completion of MBE/WBE compliance forms if applicable.
- Proof of no delinquent taxes owed to the State of Missouri.
- Registration in the UCM Supplier Management system if awarded a contract.
