25-079 Kinetic Park Custodial Services

Background
St. Charles County Government, located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking bids for custodial services at Kinetic Park. The park is utilized for various recreational programs, birthday parties, and concessions. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to support its operations.

Work Details
The vendor will provide custodial services for Kinetic Park, which includes approximately 9,000 square feet of polished concrete and 5,000 square feet of carpet. Specific tasks include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (10 sinks, 15 toilets, 5 urinals)
- Cleaning kitchen areas (counters, sinks, ovens)
- General cleaning of all public spaces including tables and chairs.

The vendor must supply all cleaning chemicals and equipment necessary for the job. Daily log entries must be maintained by vendor employees detailing their work activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for approximately twelve (12) months from the date of notice of award, with options to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must possess appropriate business licenses to perform the required services. They are required to provide proof of insurance coverage including worker’s compensation and liability insurance. Additionally, vendors must submit three customer references with their bid and comply with federal work authorization requirements (E-Verify).
