The contract will be performed in Jefferson County, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List and submit a contractor questionnaire at least 7 days prior to bid opening. A cashier’s check or bid bond of 5% is required with each proposal, along with a certificate of insurance. All labor must be paid at least the prevailing wage rates established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.

Contractors must provide a minimum 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program for on-site employees within sixty days of starting work. The DBE goal for this project is set at 10%, and no second-tier subcontracting is allowed.
