Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Northeast District is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver an 11-Foot Front Mount Broom to the Paris location in Northeast Missouri. This procurement aims to enhance the operational capabilities of MoDOT in maintaining roadways effectively.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply and delivery of one (1) unit of an 11-Foot Front Mount Broom, which must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the attached M-B Company Specification TKH-TR Hydraulic Brooms for Trucks.

The broom must be equipped to hitch to MoDOT's standard snowplow attachment. Vendors may propose alternate brands/models but must include specification sheets and notes on any differences from the M-B unit.

Delivery must be complete with no partial deliveries allowed, and all unit prices quoted must include delivery costs (F.O.B. Destination).

Period of Performance
The contract period is from September 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM CDT until September 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM CDT.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is Paris, Northeast Missouri.
