Description

The University of Minnesota Duluth seeks proposals from qualified contractors to develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment Management marketing and communications plan from prospect to enrollment. The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) division is poised for transformation with the recent introduction of new executive leadership working to modernize our enrollment marketing and communications approach. The goal is to more effectively and holistically engage prospective students at all stages of the funnel while conveying our updated brand identity and value proposition. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
