UMD Print Services

Background
The University of Minnesota, a public land-grant university established in 1851, operates five campuses and various extension offices and research centers across the state.

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) integrates liberal education, research, creative activity, and public engagement. The Office of Admissions and Strategic Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications at UMD is seeking a printing and mailing provider to support its annual printing and mailing needs.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide printing and mailing services for approximately 50+ pieces annually for the Office of Admissions.

This includes all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and delivery services required to fulfill the printing and mailing tasks as specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Respondents must ensure compliance with all specifications outlined in the RFP documentation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will continue for a specified duration as indicated in the final contract agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the University of Minnesota Duluth campus or as directed by the Office of Admissions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding non-discrimination, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action.

Contractors are encouraged to engage with the Office for Supplier Diversity to promote economic growth within underrepresented communities. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability insurance with limits not less than $1 million per occurrence, Professional Liability insurance with similar limits, and Workers' Compensation insurance as required by statute.
