Background
The University of Minnesota Duluth is seeking proposals for construction services to replace the roofs of three buildings on its campus: Sports and Health Center, AB Anderson Hall, and Voss Kovach Hall. Work Details
The contractor will perform the following work:

3. **Voss Kovach Hall (Project # 03-535-26-3886)**: Reroofing of roof areas 'A', 'B', and 'B-1' with a multi-ply built-up roofing system.
Each project will require separate building permits, purchase orders, and payment applications, although one contract will cover all three buildings.
Period of Performance
The project must be substantially completed by August 21, 2026. Roofing demolition can only commence after the completion of the spring semester on May 11, 2026; however, structural steel work may begin earlier in the Sports and Health Center.
