Background
The Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), a division of the Department of Public Safety (DPS) in Minnesota, is seeking proposals for a full-service media agency to enhance traffic safety awareness and enforcement programs.

Work Details

The contract is expected to commence on October 1, 2026, and expire on September 30, 2027, with options for up to four additional years.
