Background
The Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) is a joint powers group of local governmental agencies and service cooperatives in Minnesota, organized to provide cooperative procurement services. CPC aims to achieve cost savings through a single competitive solicitation process, allowing participating agencies access to technology products and supporting services at discounted consortium pricing. The contract is open to government and nonprofit agencies across the United States.
Work Details
CPC seeks qualified Suppliers to provide a range of technology products including:
1. Hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.) and accessories;
2. Chromebooks and Smart Notebooks;
3. STEAM, robotics, and VR products;
4. Battery backup and portable power banks;
5. Network and server equipment;
6. Audio-visual products;
7. Technology-related furniture;
8. Refurbished equipment.
Services may include installation and maintenance but are limited to North Dakota and South Dakota only, excluding Minnesota.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on February 1, 2026, and will run through January 31, 2028, with an option for one additional 24-month extension based on performance.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed primarily in North Dakota and South Dakota for services; however, the products can be delivered to participating agencies across the United States.
Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must demonstrate experience and capacity to provide the required products/services. They must offer guaranteed pricing discounts on a full range of quality products for the duration of the contract, provide warranty protection, training/support when applicable, and installation services if required. Suppliers must also be authorized sales/service dealers for all proposed equipment.
