The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota is requesting proposals for professional design services for the St. Paul Campus Center located at 1984 Buford Ave., St. Paul, MN. - Schematic Design: April 2026 to July 2026;

- Construction: January 2027 to June 2027;
- Bidding: July 2027 to August 2027;
- Construction: September 2027 to March 2029;
- Commissioning: April 2029 to July 2029.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must be Minnesota Registered Design Professionals. The proposal must include commitments to meet a subcontracting goal of at least ten percent (10%) with certified Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned businesses.
Additionally, firms must demonstrate compliance with all applicable insurance requirements and provide evidence of past experience in applying sustainable building guidelines.
