Split Rock Lighthouse State Park - Shipwreck Creek Campground Camper Cabins

Work Requested:
The contract involves the following primary tasks:

• Construction of a new campground loop designed to accommodate four (4) camper cabins, each with an area of 355 square feet.
• Installation of a new vault toilet.
• Provision of utilities, including electrical service and domestic water, with a new water hydrant featuring a bottle filler and spigot.
• Development of new drives and accessible surface parking areas.
• Site improvements, which include new plantings, a county road crossing, and a trail connection.
• Creation of accessible surfaces for outdoor amenities such as fire pits and picnic tables.

The project is identified as State Project No. 2026-799-8P522 and is located at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park, specifically for the Shipwreck Creek Campground Camper Cabins.

Contract Requirements:
This solicitation is subject to Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) business preferences. A 2% subcontracting goal for TG/ED/VO participation has been established for this project.
