Semi-Automatic Turntable Stretch Wrap Machines

Background
The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement, is seeking proposals for the furnishing and installation of two semi-automatic turntable stretch wrap machines with pre-stretch heads for MINNCOR Industries located in Moose Lake, MN.

The goal is to enhance operational efficiency in packaging processes at MINNCOR Industries.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and install two semi-automatic turntable stretch wrap machines: one machine will require a ramp but no scale, while the second will include both an integrated scale and ramp.

The contractor is responsible for equipment delivery, installation, onsite training, and a three-year warranty package. Additionally, the contractor must provide cost details that include equipment costs, delivery fees, installation charges, required accessories, training costs, and applicable taxes in a lump sum total submitted through the SWIFT system.

The contractor must also ensure scale recalibration after installation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. There is an option to extend the contract for up to an additional 12 months as determined by the State.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at MINNCOR Industries located in Moose Lake, Minnesota.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Minnesota's commitment to diversity and inclusion in public procurement. They should be aware of any set-aside certifications such as M/WBE or SDVOSB.

Additionally, contractors performing construction services must register with the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) unless exempt.
