RFP - PW - Transformer Oil Testing

Minneapolis Water is soliciting proposals for annual testing of oil filled transformers for a period of three years under a master contract with the Owner s option to extend for an additional two years. There are two types of transformers covered by this contract, transformers with sample valves readily accessible and transformers with sample valves that are not readily accessible. The contract will include yearly testing of the transformers and the installation of sample ports to four existing transformers on site.
