Rfp-Pw-Public Art For Pelham Boulevard Reconstruction Projec

The City of Saint Paul in partnership with the Public Art Saint Paul (PASP), seeks professional proposals from qualified artists or artist teams to create a site-specific, permanent public artwork as part of the Pelham Boulevard Reconstruction Project part of the historic and visionary Grand Round Design and Implementation Plan. The selected artwork will honor the character, history, and environment of the Desnoyer Park neighborhood and align with the City's commitment to accessible, inclusive, and place- based design.
Addenda, if necessary, will be posted on Friday, September 12Th, 2025.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
