Rfp-Ped-Cdbg-Cdbg/Esg Compliance Monitoring 2025

The intent of this solicitation is to obtain fixed price proposals from firms to provide comprehensive monitoring, reporting and assessment for with up to four (4) individual activities for each CDBG project not to exceed 20 total activities, and provide oversight monitoring of Ramsey County's administration of ESG funded activities on behalf of the City of Saint Paul. In addition, the chosen vendor will identify compliance areas, schedule site visits, review project files, compose desk reviews, and perform on-site reviews, including interviews. In addition, the vendor will originate customized form letters, checklists, and reports. These will be made available for the City's benefit and the vendor will provide all review results to the City for final determination of project compliance.
