The City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified consultant firm to provide design, construction documentation, and construction administration for Merriam Park. This project will include design, bid documents and construction services required for the site improvements for Merriam Park. Planning design, and testing are planned for Spring Fall of 2025 with construction planned for 2026 A Non Mandatory Pre Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 20th, 2025 at 3:00 PM CST. Please meet at the corner of Jessamine and Hamline. Addenda if necessary will be posted on Friday, February 28th, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
