The City of Saint Paul (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified Vendor or Vendors for the implementation of the Infor Talent/Performance Management to serve 3500 employees within 18 City departments. It is the intent of the City to implement this system to support the long-term vision for continual growth of our workforce thru best practices, sustainability, and equity in City operations and services, streamline business processes, enhance mobile functionality and strengthen automation capabilities where applicable.
