Background
The City of Minneapolis is seeking proposals for an enterprise payment platform solution aimed at centralizing and streamlining its payment and cashiering systems.
This initiative is part of the City's broader mission to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery to its constituents.

Work Details
The contract involves providing an enterprise payment platform solution that includes the following key components:
- Software Licensing: Proposals must detail software licensing types (e.g., Concurrent, User, Site), number of user licenses, unit costs, and annual recurring costs over a ten-year period.
- Implementation Costs: Proposals should outline costs associated with installation, configuration, customization, data migration, integrations, project management, training, and any travel expenses if required.
- Proposed Hourly Rates: Consultants must provide hourly rates for various resource titles involved in the project.
- Payment Schedule: A proposed payment schedule must be included for evaluation purposes. The City reserves the right to reject proposals that do not include all necessary cost details.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence on February 13, 2025, and conclude by April 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Minneapolis offices located at 505 Fourth Ave S, Room 310, Minneapolis MN 55415.
