RFP: Economic Development 5-Year Strategic Plan

The City of Golden Valley's Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is seeking proposals for a five-year City-wide Economic Development Strategic Action Plan (Plan). The Plan should provide overarching mission and goals for the HRA's next five years of work.
