Background
The City of Saint Paul Public Works Department is seeking bids to establish a Master Contract for the furnishing and delivery of lighting poles and pole equipment. The goal of this contract is to ensure timely provision of lighting poles and parts as needed for replacement and repair, aligning with the city's mission to maintain public infrastructure.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be required to furnish and deliver lighting poles and pole equipment to the Saint Paul Public Works Department for a one-year period following contract execution, with the possibility of extending for up to four additional 12-month periods. The vendor must provide poles and parts according to specified requirements, including:
- Lighting poles from approved manufacturers such as Sun Valley Lighting.
- Specific colors for poles: St. Paul Brown (Federal Color #27056) and Green (matching Sherwin Williams part number S B65-300).
- A variety of components including lantern heads, bases, globes, arms, and other accessories as detailed in the bid form.
- All materials must be new and of high quality unless otherwise specified. The vendor must also process purchase orders electronically and notify the city of any unfilled orders.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period following execution, with potential extensions for up to four additional years if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The products will be delivered to the City of Saint Paul Public Works located at 899 Dale Street, Saint Paul, MN 55103.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Vendor Outreach Program (VOP) which encourages contracting with local small businesses. Vendors are required to seek CERT certified vendors for subcontracting opportunities. Additionally, vendors must submit pricing on the provided bid form and are expected to maintain fixed pricing throughout the contract duration unless justified increases are requested due to manufacturer price changes.
