City of Saint Paul Public Work Department is looking for bids on Dale Street Roof Replacements. Rebid. This project includes the removal and replacement of roofing systems at the Traffic Operations Building and the Street Maintenance Building & North Garage on the Dale Street PW Campus. A Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 at 11:30 AM CST and it will meet at 270 Lexington Parkway N, Saint Paul, MN 55103. Addenda (if necessary) will be posted on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
