Description

THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase 36 individual Elk Gates and 7 Walk Through Gates to Department of Natural Resource Fish and Wildlife Division. These will be used to safely contain wild elk and to be delivered to Cloquet MN. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Elk Gates for an order at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to Jeeneng.vang@state.mn.us no later than August 15, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Background
The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is seeking to procure 36 individual Elk Gates and 7 Walk Through Gates for the Fish and Wildlife Division. The purpose of this procurement is to safely contain wild elk, with delivery specified to Cloquet, MN.

This solicitation is part of the DNR's ongoing efforts to manage wildlife effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a total of 36 Elk Gates and 7 Walk Through Gates as specified in Exhibit C of the contract document. The gates must meet the specifications detailed in the solicitation, ensuring they are suitable for containing elk safely.
