Public Safety Training and Simulation Equipment and Technology

Sourcewell is seeking proposals for the provision of Public Safety Training and Simulation Equipment and Technology. The purpose of this contract is to establish a procurement solution that will be available to Sourcewell's Participating Entities for their public safety training and simulation needs. These entities include thousands of governmental organizations, higher education institutions, K-12 schools, nonprofit organizations, tribal governments, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada. Sourcewell, a local government unit and service cooperative based in the State of Minnesota, is the organization requesting these proposals. The intent is to support the diverse training and simulation requirements of its wide network of Participating Entities by sourcing comprehensive and innovative equipment and technology solutions. The contract will be governed by the requirements outlined in the full Request for Proposals (RFP #102325), which is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov. All proposals must be submitted exclusively through this portal. To be considered, proposals must be received by October 23, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Central Time. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
