MPRB-Bid for Folwell Park - Site Improvements

Background
The City of Minneapolis is issuing a Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Folwell Park - Site Improvements for the Park Board.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities and amenities at Folwell Park in accordance with the provided specifications and documents.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all work related to site improvements at Folwell Park. This includes but is not limited to:
- All materials, labor, equipment, accessories, and incidentals required for site improvements as per Bid Specifications.
- Alternate No.1 includes milling and overlaying the construction entrance pathway.
- Compliance with prevailing wage requirements as outlined in Minneapolis Code of Ordinances.
- Submission of a signed Responsible Contractor Verification and Certification of Compliance Form if the bid exceeds $50,000.

Period of Performance
The substantial project completion date is set for July 1, 2025.
The event close date for bid submission is October 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Folwell Park located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
