Background
The City of Monticello Parks, Arts & Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for mowing and landscape maintenance in Monticello, MN.
The goal of this contract is to maintain the city's parks and recreation areas, ensuring they are kept in a clean and aesthetically pleasing condition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide mowing, trimming, and landscape maintenance services at the following locations:
- Riverside Cemetery (19.72 acres)
- Hillside Cemetery (3.5 acres)
- Monticello Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Blight Property Mowing
- Downtown Landscaping weed control.

Specific tasks include:
- Mowing grass to a height of 3-5 inches with a maximum of ten cuttings per season
- Spring cleanup by the last week in April
- Fall cleanup scheduled based on weather conditions
- Litter pickup during mowing operations
- Weed control in landscaped areas
- Trimming shrubs as needed
- Maintaining the right-of-way along State Highway 25.
