MNIT/MnDOT Training & Certification Management RFP

Background
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), in collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), is seeking proposals for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to replace MnDOT’s current Learning Management System (LMS).
The goal is to implement a centralized, user-friendly LMS that meets the unique training and certification needs of multiple MnDOT offices and partner agencies, ensuring scalability and flexibility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for configuring and implementing a centralized SaaS LMS that is intuitive and user-friendly.
The system must streamline the management of training and certification programs across various MnDOT offices and partner agencies.
Specific services include:
- Development of a scalable LMS solution tailored to diverse business processes.
- Integration capabilities with existing systems used by MnDOT and partner agencies.
- Ongoing support and maintenance of the LMS post-implementation.
- Training for staff on how to utilize the new system effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and notification by the State’s Authorized Representative, with an expiration date contingent upon satisfactory fulfillment of all obligations or as specified in amendments.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily within the State of Minnesota, with potential remote support capabilities as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific certifications including M/WBE and SDVOSB requirements if applicable.
Contractors must also provide proof of insurance coverage as outlined in the contract terms.
