MnDOT D4 A.I. Count 100 System Traffic Camera

Background
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is seeking to procure one A.I. Count 100 System camera for its District 4 Office of Traffic located in Detroit Lakes, MN. The purpose of this solicitation is to enhance traffic data collection capabilities by utilizing a single device capable of capturing data for 4-lane divided traffic. This initiative aims to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of traffic data collection in challenging locations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one A.I. Count 100 System camera along with all necessary accessories. The camera must be capable of capturing comprehensive traffic data for four lanes using a single device. The specifications and requirements for the camera and its accessories are detailed in the attached documents, including the Request for Bids and Specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract is effective from February 13, 2026, until June 30, 2026, or until all obligations have been satisfactorily fulfilled. The contract may be extended for additional months as determined by the State.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the MnDOT District 4 Office located at 1000 Highway 10 W, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must not be debarred or suspended by any government entity. They must also comply with Minnesota Statutes regarding nondiscrimination against Israel if the contract value exceeds $50,000. Additionally, contractors are required to maintain specific insurance coverage throughout the contract term.
