Background
St. Cloud State University (SCSU) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Managed Print Services (MPS) aimed at optimizing the University’s campus-wide print environment. Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 1, 2026, or on the date the last recognized signature is obtained, whichever occurs later, with a preferred end date of July 29, 2031.

Vendors must comply with Minnesota State's requirements for certified diverse suppliers as defined in the Prerequisites Section.
