PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract for a Contractor to provide intercom services, access control, 24-hour full service maintenance, support services, repairs, and expansion of the security systems with the Capitol Complex buildings on an as-needed basis. The Capitol Complex includes all the buildings under the custodial control or management of the Facilities Management Division (FMD), and their associated grounds and parking facilities. The list of all building locations is located in Exhibit C specifications, in the Sample Contract and Exhibits. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Qualifications and experience provided for Items 1-3 must be completed by the solicitation due date and time. The Contractor should provide documentation that meets the following requirements: 1. The Contractor has installed equipment and serviced an integrated CCTV Bosch Video Management Software (BVMS) with a i-scsi video recording system, and Zenitel/Stentofon Alphacom E IP intercom network in at least two (2) facilities similar in scope, defined as having systems with a minimum of 50 cameras and 50 intercoms in the last five years. 2. The Contractor or Subcontractor who will perform maintenance and repair work on the system or install equipment on site must be: Licensed to perform both low voltage and line voltage work 3. It is the Contractor's responsibility to review these requirements prior to submitting a response. Background

The contract is anticipated to begin on June 1, 2025, and will last until May 31, 2027. There is an option to extend the contract for up to three additional years in increments determined by the State.

The services will be performed at various locations within the Capitol Complex in St. Paul, Minnesota.
