IT Managed Workforce and Staff Augmentation Solutions

Background
Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is seeking proposals for IT Managed Workforce and Staff Augmentation Solutions. This initiative aims to create a procurement solution for its Participating Entities, which include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada. The goal is to facilitate cooperative purchasing solutions that enhance administrative efficiencies and leverage combined purchasing volume for cost savings.

Work Details
The RFP seeks proposals for two main categories:

1) IT Managed Workforce Solutions: This involves centralized management and oversight of multiple IT staffing suppliers without including managed IT services or outcome-based IT service delivery models. Specific tasks include coordination of staffing suppliers to meet IT talent needs, management of supplier performance and compliance, administration of workforce processes, and support for strategic IT workforce planning.

2) IT Staff Augmentation Services: This entails providing temporary or long-term IT professionals across various roles. Proposers may also include complementary offerings related to these solutions.

Period of Performance
The term of any resulting master agreement(s) will be four years with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in locations across the United States and Canada as determined by the Participating Entities utilizing the services.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations. They should provide a comprehensive marketing plan detailing their sales force capabilities to communicate with Participating Entities. Proposals must comply with all requirements outlined in the RFP to avoid rejection.
