International Grad Student Recruitment

Background
Minnesota State University Moorhead is requesting proposals to develop a partnership with an international recruitment company to provide marketing, recruitment, and admission services for international students. This includes those looking to matriculate into MSU Moorhead's new MBA program, and other academic undergraduate and graduate programs as determined by MSU Moorhead.

Work Details
The contractor is required to work directly with MSUM program and communications staff to create marketing materials for the program(s), provide immediate and on-site support in India to prospective students and families, produce and disseminate all marketing materials across various marketing challenges in India, develop and facilitate individual and group/school admissions programs in India, assist prospective students with the completion of the MSUM admissions materials, provide support and advisement to prospective students on VISA process, anticipate and address challenges with the VISA process and other logistical matters in India using their connections in India. They are also expected to provide regular updates regarding the admissions process to MSUM, assist prospective students with the application process, provide guidance on VISA procedures and other logistical matters, act as the primary point of contact for applicants with MSUM admissions, and abide by the highest ethical standards and practices.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to not exceed Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand per year of the contract. The length of such contract(s) will be three (3) years. The contract is expected to be effective from July 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services are primarily focused on providing support in India for international student recruitment.
