It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. Background
The State of Minnesota, through the Department of Administration, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Instant Drug Disposal Systems. Work Details
The contractor will provide instant drug disposal systems that meet the following requirements:

- Other State Agencies or CPV Members: Locations specified by ordering entity at the time of purchase.
Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for up to three additional years in increments determined by the State.

The contract will be performed primarily at the Office of Cannabis Management located at 355 Randolph Avenue, Suite 100, Saint Paul, MN 55102. Other locations may vary based on orders from other state agencies or CPV members.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including: being an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized Dealer/Distributor; providing a letter from the OEM if acting as a dealer/distributor; submitting all requested documentation including Responder Declarations and pricing schedules; and ensuring compliance with Minnesota’s diversity and inclusion standards.
