Description

Please see addendum 1 MN DOT is looking to purchase a portable High Pressure Epoxy Injection system to bond delaminating concrete roadways with the ability to fill cracks and voids in concrete structures. Note: Suppliers who are registered only as bidders must register as suppliers before being awarded an event.
Background
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN DOT) is seeking to procure a Portable High Pressure Epoxy Injection System. This system is intended to bond delaminating concrete roadways and fill cracks and voids in concrete structures, aligning with the agency's mission to maintain and improve the state's transportation infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one Portable High Pressure Epoxy Injection System with the following specifications:
- All pneumatic operation
- Single on/off switch
- Resin consumption monitor
- Precise proportioning of epoxy materials with ratios from 1:1 to 10:1, accommodating various temperatures, viscosities, flow rates, and pressures.
- Capability to meter, mix, and inject super low viscosity resins as well as gel viscosity products regardless of manufacturer.
- Ability to inject up to 9 ports simultaneously.
- Portable design for easy transport to work sites, including use in a scissor lift for moving operations.

The unit must be delivered to the MN DOT location at 1779 McMenemey Road, Maplewood, MN 55117.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from November 12, 2024, until May 28, 2025, with an option for the purchase of additional units before May 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Minnesota Department of Transportation's fleet location at 1779 McMenemey Road, Maplewood, MN 55117.
