Background
Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the management of its Dining Services Program. The program aims to provide comprehensive dining services that include Residential Dining, Retail Dining, Catering/Hospitality Services, Summer Conferences/Camps, and Athletic Concessions. The goal is to select a supplier that can effectively meet the needs of the university's dining services in a cost-effective manner while enhancing the overall student experience.

Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
- Managing Residential Dining Services, which includes meal preparation and service at the university's dining center.
- Overseeing Retail Dining Services across multiple locations on campus.
- Providing Catering and Hospitality Services for various events and functions.
- Coordinating Summer Conferences and Camps catering needs.
- Managing Athletic Concessions during sporting events.
- Ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations as required.

The supplier must also engage in a mandatory 90-minute virtual discussion with university stakeholders to understand the program's objectives and participate in a mandatory site tour prior to submitting proposals.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, with an initial term of seven years, extendable for an additional three years at Minnesota State's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Minnesota State University Moorhead, specifically within its dining facilities located on campus.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must attend both a mandatory engagement discussion and a site tour to be eligible to submit proposals. They are required to comply with all terms outlined in the Minnesota State Services Contract template and submit necessary documentation including an Affidavit of Non-Collusion and proof of insurance as specified by Minnesota State.
