Evans Consoles Workstations

Background
The State of Minnesota has a business need for qualified vendors to provide Evans Consoles workstations (No Substitution). The RFP/Event also specifies contractual conditions and details the basis for the responses, the subsequent review, and the final selection process.

Work Details
The Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) with the Department of Public Safety (DPS) requests proposals to provide fully equipped Evans consoles workstations with equipment, accessories, and installation for their Radio Communications Supervisor Office. The MSP Communications Team uses Evans consoles workstations for their dispatch operations.
Dispatchers and emergency telecommunicators for MSP work in an environment where muscle memory is incredibly important for efficiency. If workstations are different, muscle memory is lost and can cost time, which can adversely affect life-or-death situations.

Period of Performance
The Contract term will begin on the date of final contract execution and continue for twelve (12) months.
