Background
The State of Minnesota, through the Office of State Procurement, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Environmental Monitoring Equipment. Work Details
The contract will cover a variety of environmental monitoring equipment and accessories, including but not limited to: datalogger standard support software, data acquisition systems, measurement and control peripherals, sensors, bubblers, and sondes.
Responders must offer products from a specified list of manufacturers or approved equals. The State has established a standard list of manufacturers which includes Apogee Instruments, Badger Meter, Campbell Scientific, Flexim, Hach, and YSI among others. The responder must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the proposed products.
Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract is from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2027, with an option to extend for up to three additional years in increments determined by the State.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the State of Minnesota for its agencies and CPV members.
Bidder Requirements
Responders must comply with Minnesota's commitment to diversity and inclusion in procurement processes. They should also be certified as targeted group (TG), economically disadvantaged (ED), or veteran-owned businesses to receive preference points during evaluation.
Additionally, responders must provide evidence of authorization from manufacturers if they are distributors.
