Enrollment Market Analysis and Consumer Research Services

This solicitation seeks services for Enrollment Market Analysis and Consumer Research to support the District's strategic planning efforts regarding student enrollment. The work of the contract involves gaining comprehensive insights into both internal and external factors that influence family decisions and enrollment trends within the District. The contractor will be expected to: analyze current and projected enrollment patterns across grade levels, attendance boundaries, and demographic groups; identify the factors both internal and external that shape families' educational choices, including the reasons families choose to enroll in or leave RPS; assess community perceptions and awareness of RPS programs and services; identify market opportunities for new or expanded academic offerings and school choice options; and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to inform enrollment management, strategic marketing, and program development initiatives. The District is the requesting entity for these services. This contract is intended to provide the District with the necessary information and recommendations to support effective enrollment management and strategic planning.
