Background
Minnesota State University Moorhead is seeking proposals for electrical services to support various needs of the university. The goal is to ensure the installation and repair of electrical systems and components meet specified performance criteria while adhering to safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide installation and repair services for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with performance criteria such as voltage, current, and power ratings. Services include:
- Adherence to safety standards from NFPA and OSHA.
- Design systems for high reliability with minimal downtime.
- Ensure ease of maintenance with clear documentation.
- Compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Specification of materials like wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Follow installation standards from IEEE and IBC.
- Include testing and commissioning requirements.
- Provide detailed documentation including schematics and maintenance manuals.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025, for a duration of three years, with an option to renew for up to five additional years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Bidder Requirements
